Cooking with Chefs Clyde & Philippe
Monday, March 31st, 2008The Home Ranch is a very activity rich enviornment - nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, horseback riding, fishing and a pool keep everyone pretty busy. However, we have decided to add one more activity - cooking class with Chef Clyde Neslon or Chef Philippe Shapiro. While most of our guests know that the chefs are willing to share their recipes not many realize that they may also join the kitchen staff for an afternoon and help prepare the evenings meal.
This is a great way to improve your culinary skills and learn more about what goes on behind closed doors. Most guests to this Relais & Chateaux kitchen for 2 - 3 hours in the afternoon.
