Our Staff

Sandy Clark, Bookkeeper and Gardener

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

My husband and I moved to Hahn’s Peak Village, just a few climate changes north of Clark, in 1994 to raise our two small children.  We wanted to be a part of a small community and Hahn’s Peak fit our outlaw tendencies – ask me about it – if you can find me…

I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Anthropology.  I worked as an archaeologist for several years until I couldn’t afford that career anymore.  Then I went to work in my father’s computer store as an accounting support technician.

Now I do the books at the Home Ranch and love the small year round family, and the arrival of the young staff in the summer.  This year I am excited to start helping Joanie out in the gardens around the ranch.

I grew up in small town south of Buffalo, NY.  I graduated in May 2007 from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree in Literacy.
I began working at The Home Ranch after graduating and fulfilled a life long dream of moving out west.
In my spare time I enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and spending time outside with my dog Kaeli.  This winter I am learning to snowboard – it is a lot of fun!
You can often hear me practicing the piano before lunch in the living room of the ranch.
